However, some buyers send PO after matching and fulfilling related all issues of the garment in case of style, trims, mode of shipment, etc.

BV / LIDL TESTING PROCEDURE |

1) Sample picking (SP)/ PPC (Pre Production Check) 50% of all accessories, fabrics, sewing threads (raw materials) must be in the house (factory) according to BVCPS guidelines for analytical testing. SP must take place 2 weeks before production starts |
2) Inline Check Must take place, when 15-25% of the garments are produced. BV will pick up samples and do again analytical testing and check the AQL |
3) FRI (Final Random Inspection) Must take place for each shipment, min 80% of the goods must be already packed, BV will check the AQL |
